About Sarah
Sarah has worked as a professional life coach and supervisor, supporting women as they navigated their 40s.

With her own lived experience and after a decade of collecting personal insights, experiences, statistics and data, Sarah wanted to invite other women to embrace the insights and lessons they’ve learnt over the course of their life and become their own life expert.

In her 40s, Sarah shifted her career path and become a political staffer. During this time, she studied her post graduate degree in policy analysis and received an Award for Academic Excellence and was placed in the top 5% of the University. Sarah’s studies led her to take a deep dive into what happens for women in their 40s and found that the decisions women make can significantly change their lives and shape their future. Sarah came across startling statistics and was compelled to highlight how the decisions women make during this season of their lives can lead them to financial security and prosperity or financial instability and eventually homelessness.

Through her research, Sarah also identified how western culture focussed more on how women aged aesthetically rather than empowering women to collect the wisdom, insights and lessons they’ve learnt, trust what they know, and build the life they want and know they can have.

As Sarah lived through her 40s, she was very observant about what was happening in her own life and how society put pressure on women as they aged. While the world was telling her age was a barrier, Sarah believed ageing was her friend and age had become her teacher. It was during her 40s, Sarah knew she had to collect her own wisdom, insights and lessons and write ‘The 40s Reset’.

At the age of 49, Sarah published ‘The 40s Reset’, becoming a published author for the first time.

Sarah lives on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, and is already planning her new book, 'The 50s Reset'.
